Jagannath University student commits suicide 

Dhaka, October 08 (JnU Correspondent/OurVoice): Farhan Ahsan Chowdhury, a first year student of theater department of Jagannath university, committed suicide by hanging himself from a fan by his belt.

The body of the student was rescued from a house in North Goran area of ​​Khilgaon in the capital on Tuesday.

He was immediately rescued and taken to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital, when the doctors at the hospital declared him dead.

Farhan's uncle Fahim Faisal said, I cannot say at the moment, why my nephew committed suicide. We don't know what could be the reason behind this.

In this regard, inspector in charge of police camp of DMCH, Md. Faruq said that the student of JnU was brought to Dhaka Medical from Khilgaon area. After checking up the doctor said that he is no more. The victim's family claims that he committed suicide by hanging himself. We have reported the matter to Khilgaon police station.
