IU Students Return Home by Campus Bus

Kushtia, July 17 (Correspondent/OurVoice): The authorities of Islamic University in Kushtia provided bus service to its students, stuck in the mess adjacent to the campus area, to return home during this pandemic situation.
The students of different departments of the university have already started returning home with the transport facility of the university.
A total of 11 buses with 744 students leave for the routes of the students’ respective division, IU Transport Administrator Professor M Anowar Hossain said on Sunday.
Five buses had already left for Dhaka and Khulna routes on Saturday morning and six other buses would left for Rajshahi and Rangpur routes on Monday around 6:00 am.
Many students from Mymensingh and Barishal divisions have expressed displeasure over not getting buses on their certain routes.
Chhatra Maitree IU unit submitted a memorandum to the university Vice-Chancellor Professor Shaikh Abdus Salam seeking transport facility for the students on July 7.
Later, IU VC instructed to make a list of the stuck students and provided bus facility.
