Islamic University to Take Exam Online

Kushtia, August 18 (Correspondent/OurVoice): The authorities of Islamic University in Kushtia decided to take its bachelor and masters’ final year examinations of all departments online, IU Vice-Chancellor office said on Wednesday.

The decision was made at an emergency meeting held on Tuesday with IU VC Professor Shaikh Abdus Salam in the chair.

‘We have unanimously approved to take examinations online in the meeting’, IU VC Professor Salam said.

Final policies regarding the examination have been sent to the respective departments and the departments that are ready can start their examinations any time if they want, he added.

Among others, IU Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor M Mahbubur Rahman, Treasurer Professor M Alamgir Hossain Bhuiya, Acting Registrar M Ataur Rahman, chairmen and deans of different departments and faculties were present on the occasion.

The students of different departments shared their positive and negative opinions regarding the decision of the university on social media platform Facebook.
