A meeting of the newly constituted executive committee of the Bangladesh Agricultural University Journalists’ Association (BAUJA) was held with the Students’ Affairs Adviser and Proctor of the university on the university’s overall condition.
The meeting took place at the Students’ Affairs Advisor office on Thursday.
At the meeting, the Students’ Affairs Adviser Dr. Md. Solaiman Ali Fakir, Associate Students’ Affairs Adviser Dr. Md. Azharul Islam, Proctor Prof Dr. Md. Azharul Hoque, Assistant Proctors Dr. Md. Shohidul Alam, Dr. Md. Shafiqul Islam and Dr. Nasrin Sultana were also present.
During the meeting, journalists highlighted various issues of campus including security, the prevalence of drugs and the demands of students in the campus. During this meeting, Students’ Affairs Adviser and Proctor assured the students to take steps to solve the problems of the university.
At the end of the meeting, members of the Journalist Association gave their best wishes to the Students’ Affairs Adviser and Proctor.
