17 IU Teachers among World’s Best Researchers

Kushtia, October 12 (Correspondent/OurVoice): A total of 17 teachers from different faculties of Islamic University in Kushtia have been ranked among the world’s best researchers in the Alper-Doger Scientific Index-2021.
IU information, publication, and public relations office director M Ataul Hoque confirmed the matter on Tuesday.
The teachers are Atiqur Rahman, SM Mostafa Kamal, M Mizanur Rahman, Ashok Kumar Chakraborty, M Abu Hena Mostafa Jamal, GM Arifuzzaman Khan, Rezuanul Islam, Jalal Uddin, Minhaz-ul-Haque, Dipok Kumar Paul, M Moniruzzaman, KMA Subhan, Helal Uddin, Ibrahim Abdullah, Mohammad Ruhul Amin Bhuiyan, Ahsanul Haque and Monjurul Haque.
A total of 1,778 Bangladeshi researchers from different universities have got place in the list across the country.
The ranking is based on citations and other indexes of more than seven million scientists from 13,531 universities in 206 countries around the world.
Scientific Index publishers rankings based on researchers’ Google Scholar’s research profile for the past five years based on the H-Index, I ten Index and Citation score.
